From the initial phone call Ray was helpful with options so I could work out what shredding service was best for us. We booked it in and Ray arrived at his earliest spot available, like he advised, plus when he showed up he was friendly and helpful with an genuine smile.

I was provided with a certificate of destruction and all was taken care of in less than a half hour.

  Recently contacted South Bay Shredding and was provided a reasonable quote and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They arrived on time, friendly and professional, quick and shredding was done in their truck onsite. I highly recommend their serviced based on my experience.

  Ray was great. I’m 7 months pregnant so making space for the nursery by shredding a bunch of my husband’s old business boxes that were taking up space was a necessity. Ray scheduled us in right away, was prompt, super friendly and quick. 10/10 would recommend for shredding and junk removal needs.
