If I could give 6 stars to South Bay Shredding for Ray’s genuine customer service I would.

From the initial phone call Ray was helpful with options so I could work out what shredding service was best for us. We booked it in and Ray arrived at his earliest spot available, like he advised, plus when he showed up he was friendly and helpful with an genuine smile.

I was provided with a certificate of destruction and all was taken care of in less than a half hour.

  My wife found South Bay Shredding on google and scheduled a shredding service. Enrique and Ray were the representatives from South Bay Shredding who came to our residents to shred old boxes with confidential documents that were taking up space in my garage. Both of them were polite and professional. They shredded our documents right there on the spot! They were on time and the service was quick. I highly recommend their service.

  Ray and Enrique are professional, convienent and give excellent customer service for paper shredding! Came to my house took my old docs that was about 2ft high worth paper with important information and shredded right in front of me. Will definitely use there service again.

  Wow best service by far!! I called because I had a box of shredding I needed done and was more than willing to bring to them. I was talking with Ray (owner) and he said he was going to be in my area in about half an hour and would come to pick it up for me! And still only charge me the drop off rate! They showed up on time and picked up my box. Could not be more pleased with the level of service they gave me!! I would recommend their services to everyone!

  We needed same day service for about 11 file boxes full of ancient documents we discovered in storage today. I called this morning and they answered the phone right away and were able to come out. These guys were very friendly, worked quickly and prices are very reasonable. We will definitely use them again!
